The faculty conference is the collegial advisory and decision-making body of the faculty. It is responsible for handling all faculty matters.

The Senate is an advisory body to the Rector. It also acts as an arbitration body for the teaching staff.
The members of the Senate are the Rector, the Dean, and an elected member.

The examining board can be contacted in all cases of conflict relating to examinations. The chair is the Dean of studies.

An ombudsman acts as an impartial arbitrator and can be approached by all members of the faculty in cases of conflict.
